Here is the ArtOrder challenge final painting for the Owlbear Reimagined. I picture this imposing beast gliding (not flying) down on hapless prey as night falls.
Randomly came across your blog from James Gurney's little spot on the web! I'm happy to say I've found yet another artist that can inspire me and push myself to do better.
And that Owlbear is fantastic. I love the large, hefty nature of it, and the idea of it actually being able to glide down to attack its prey...
hahahaha, an owl bear.. hahahahahahahahaha. whoever invented this creature i must give props to, i don't think i could ever imagine such a combination.
