This is yet another sketch that started off as a doodle and turned into something else as the evening rolled on. The narrative I had in my mind when I was painting this was that this powerful pan-like creature is immortal, and at the end of time he will have only his memories of those who are lost.

i love the colors in the eye and mouth... i especially love the main eyes.. they have a lot of emotion in there.. havn't seen too many artists who can pull off something like that
